Sleek and easy to navigate, the new look allows for an improved user experience and navigation system, including an easy-to-find ‘Outages’ button, where users can instantly find out more about local outages. The 'MyAccount' feature is an integrated online customer portal allowing for online billing and 24/7 access to data on energy usage, consumption history, and more.
